I’ve been going to this dental office for a few years now, and my experiences have consistently been good. Dr. Marshall is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate their willingness to accommodate my busy schedule when booking appointments. The office itself is bright and clean, which makes a big difference for me. I particularly like the follow-up texts I receive to remind me of my upcoming appointments. However, I feel that sometimes the waiting time can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. A little more efficiency in the scheduling would go a long way to enhancing the overall experience. Despite that, I still highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking dental care!

I recently had my first visit to see Dr. Marshall, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The office itself has a clean and modern feel, which is always a plus for me. Dr. Marshall took the time to explain everything clearly before proceeding with my cleaning and check-up. I had an excellent experience at Dr. Marshall's practice. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warm smiles, which instantly put me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable and equipped with current magazines, making the wait pleasant. During my appointment, Dr. Marshall was thorough in explaining the procedures and made sure I understood each step of the process, which I really appreciated as someone who's always a bit nervous about dental visits. I was particularly impressed with how gentle he was while cleaning my teeth; it was a refreshing change from past experiences. We even discussed some preventive measures for maintaining better oral hygiene, and he provided some great tips that I intend to follow. My only suggestion would be to improve the appointment scheduling process as I had to wait a bit longer than I anticipated for my appointment, but the quality of care I received was well worth it. Overall, I left the office feeling not only better about my teeth but also more educated about my dental health. I’ll be returning for sure!
